First aid done for a heart attack patient to restore breathing

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the basic first aid for restoring the patient’s breathing. This has some basic steps to be followed. The steps are taught properly at the curso de capacitación rcp.

When beginning first aid, keep the following in mind:

To perform the steps in the proper order, remember the letters C–A–B.

C – Compression

A – Airway

B – Breath

Compression

CPR training course

Compression helps to restore blood flow by using your hands to press down on the chest with the maximum energy and force you can apply. While doing this step, you should follow the steps.

  • Place the person on a flat surface. His back should touch the surface.
  • Kneel next to the person’s right side arm.
  • Use your palm over the person’s center chest at the center point between the nipples.
  • Place your other hand on top of the hand, keeping it straight above your palm.
  • Now apply force to the chest to make it compress up to 5 or 6 centimeters, but not more than that.
  • While compressing, go with a word of stay alive; that gives you extra force. After compression, the chest will spring back with an opposite force. Repeat the process at a 100 to 120 compression rate for a minute.
  • You can repeat the step if the person doesn’t breathe in this procedure until a medical professional reaches the spot.

Airway

After performing the 30 chest compressions, open the person’s airway by opening their mouth. This is done by gently moving the person’s forehead back and using the other hand to lift the chin forward. This is quite complicated to do. Because the person is unconscious, the tongue may fold in and risk the life of the patient. A curso de capacitación rcp is available, where you can learn the proper way to save a life.

Breathing

  • If the person doesn’t respond to the above treatment, then breathe for the person from mouth to mouth. Here are some steps to be followed.
  • After opening the airway, cover the patient’s mouth with yours to seal the air flow.
  • Blow up rescue breath, perform it twice and watch for the chest to rise. If the chest rises, blow the second breath.
  • If the chest has no response, then perform 30 compressions and open the airway again. Then give the second airway to restore the blood flow and breathing.
